Online platforms, including magazines and sailing blogs, featured Mishi extensively in their publications, showcasing her and her talent.
The Lux Expose: “Performance is a hallmark of the Mishi 88. With a generous sail plan, including a 167-square-meter mainsail and a self-tacking jib of the same size, the yacht easily achieves sailing speeds of 10 knots and more. Under power, it can reach a maximum speed of 11.5 knots, with an impressive cruising speed of 8 knots, offering a range of over 1,000 nautical miles. This range ensures the yacht can navigate away from storms or seek shelter with ease.”Mishi 88 Redefines Performance in Super Sailing Yachts (luxexpose.com)
Sail Universe: “Mishi Yachts focuses on maximizing cockpit space. The Mishi 88 has seating for 12 on deep sofas around tables that can be adjusted with the push of a button. These tables can lower to create a lounging area under the hard-top shade. The cockpit offers 35 square meters of comfortable space.”
Y Magazine: “The entire history of the shipyard is connected with the design and construction of yachts made of composite materials: carbon fiber and fiberglass. Military and patrol services have requirements for water transport, in fact, to ensure that it is fast, maneuverable and reliable. Yonca produces several models, and the most modern accelerates to 80 knots, while smoothly entering steep turns without causing discomfort to those on board. We had a chance to try out one of these boats in action.”
Marine Industry News: “The Turkish boatbuilder, founded in 1986, has built over 180 ships to date, most of them in the defence and law enforcement sector. Its debut Mishi Yachts designs are for an 88ft and a 102ft luxury sailing yacht. The Yonca shipyard covers 44,000 square metres, with around half of that under cover. Yonca says its purpose-built construction facilities can produce vessels up to 160ft from stem to stern and displace 400 tonnes or more deadweight. As many as 20 naval and 20 leisure yachts can be built in a year.”
